Brand Information

Nashin has been making performance brakes in Taichung, Taiwan since 1994, and now exports to more than 20 countries. Made by Spark Liner Co., Ltd., it was the first Taiwanese brand to independently develop and mass-produce floating brake rotors, and it still designs and manufactures its calipers, discs and pads in Taiwan. Nashin develops its brakes on the racetrack. The company has long taken part in motorsport events worldwide and uses what it learns under high heat and pressure to refine its road products. Its rotors use patented designs, including floating pillars that let the rotor face expand separately from the centre hub to prevent high-temperature judder, and a vortex ventilation structure that draws heat out of the disc. Rotor faces are cast from FC250 high-carbon iron, which Nashin says deforms only half as much as conventional material under extreme heat. Nashin's big brake kits pair multi-piston calipers with these discs. The GN series uses cast monoblock 4- and 6-piston calipers with the fluid passage formed inside the caliper, and the GR series is a lighter version with the whole caliper body 5-axis machined. Each kit is developed around the vehicle's disc size, wheel clearance and brake line routing, rather than adapting oversized parts to fit. At MYDriveHubs, every Nashin kit includes caliper, slotted disc, 650°C sport pads, stainless steel braided hose and caliper bracket, with a 10-year warranty on the caliper (wear-and-tear parts such as pads and discs are not covered). The N1M kit fits the original wheels of cars such as the Perodua Myvi, Honda City and Toyota Vios, and replacement Street and Sport pads are available for Nashin calipers.
