Overview
A fully synthetic 10W-60 for sports and high-output engines that run hot and hard. The thick 60 hot grade keeps a stable lubricating film at extreme oil temperatures, protecting against wear during track days, spirited driving and sustained high revs. It resists evaporation and thermal breakdown, so oil consumption stays low. In Malaysia's tropical heat, where oil temperatures climb quickly in performance cars, it gives an extra safety margin for engines that call for this grade.
Compatibility
Check the oil specification in your owner's manual and match it with the approvals above, or look up your vehicle in the LIQUI MOLY Oil Guide.

FAQ
Is Liqui Moly Synthoil Race Tech GT1 10W-60 suitable for my car?
It is suitable if your owner's manual calls for a 10W-60 oil to ACEA A3/B4 (for example Fiat 9.55535-H3). Use it only where the manufacturer allows a 10W-60 grade. Check the oil specification in your manual, not just the viscosity, and match it with the specifications listed on this page. If you are unsure, look up your car in the LIQUI MOLY Oil Guide or ask us.
Is Synthoil Race Tech GT1 10W-60 good for Malaysia's hot weather and traffic jams?
Yes. The 60 hot grade gives a strong lubricating film at high oil temperatures, which helps during long idling in jams, hot weather and fast highway runs. The first number (the cold rating) matters little in Malaysia's warm climate. Stay within the viscosity grades your manufacturer allows.
Can I mix Synthoil Race Tech GT1 10W-60 with other oils, and is it safe for turbo and DPF engines?
It can be mixed with other commercially available engine oils for topping up, but it works best unmixed. It is tested for turbochargers and catalytic converters. It is not a low-ash oil, so it is not the right choice for diesel cars with a particulate filter (DPF) that require an ACEA C oil.
