What is included in the kit?
Caliper, slotted disc rotor, 650°C sport brake pads, stainless steel braided brake hose and caliper bracket.
What wheel size do I need?
Each disc size shows its minimum wheel size. Depending on your car, you may need to change to larger aftermarket wheels. Wheel design also matters: the spokes must clear the outer face of the caliper, so a larger wheel does not guarantee clearance. Please check your wheels, or ask us, before ordering.
What is the difference between floating and non-floating discs?
A floating disc is a two-piece disc and bell. It gives the disc more freedom to move as temperatures change, which suits hard driving and track use.
Why does the floating disc cost more?
A floating disc is made of two parts: the slotted friction ring and a separate centre bell, joined by floating pins. It takes more parts and more machining to build than a non-floating disc, where the friction ring is fixed rigidly to the centre. The pins let the ring move slightly as it heats up and expands, instead of being held rigid, so the disc has more freedom of movement under big temperature changes.
Which one should I choose?
Nashin designs its floating discs for drivers who push their car to the limit, where the discs get very hot, such as hard mountain driving or track days. For daily driving and spirited road use, the non-floating disc keeps the cost down.
What does the warranty cover?
The caliper carries a 10-year warranty. Wear-and-tear parts such as brake pads and discs are not covered.
Can I choose the caliper colour?
The colours in the photos are for reference. Please contact us to check which colours are available.
Will this kit fit my car?
